The prime focus of this role is to assist the business to help create and maintain a control framework to oversee contractual requirements with the Product Providers whilst assisting in providing the business guidance on existing or new Product Provider contractual requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • To assist in the creation and analysis of the MI against Product Provider contractual requirements for presentation at the Product Committee
  • To assist in the creation and analysis of the compliance against Product Provider contractual requirements ahead of periodic meetings with each product provider
  • To assist in preparing contractual change request papers either to or from Product Providers for presentation at the Product Committee
  • To assist in facilitating any information or audit right request from the Product Providers

Qualifications/Key Skills:

  • An understanding of FCA – Sales and Product regulatory PROD, ICOB and CONC requirements and FCA culture

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely on complex regulatory Product and Sales issues at all levels, both internally and externally
  • Ability to resolve conflict and deal with confrontation through tact and skill
  • Proven leadership, coaching and development skills
  • A strong and demonstrated ability to provide compliance advice
  • Display initiative in identifying and presenting solutions to support activities and plans
