My client, a leading PE backed retailer urgently require an Experienced Accountant with demonstrable experience within Transaction Services.

Reporting to the CFO you will take responsibility for implementing reporting process and collating financial information in preparation for a sale. Creating accurate KPI reports in addition to providing analysis and commentary for both the management team and PE company.

Being a qualified accountant, most likely an ACA from within a top 10 firm, you will have a background in Transaction services or previously worked within a PE organisation. With an excellent understanding transactions and the relevant financial information required.

With strong modelling and Analysis skills you will be comfortable working under your own initiative, preparing and presenting financial information.

Experience within the retail sector would be advantageous
