Our client is a leading financial services’ business who are looking for an Intelligence Manager. The role will be responsible for delivering their fraud services and products across the market using industry leading techniques and processes.

Key responsibilities include:

·         Support the Head of Intelligence to deliver the business’s Intelligence products regarding insurance fraud for dissemination to customers

·         Responsible for managing the provision of expert claims fraud research and analysis for the business and its customers

·         Help in the delivery of first-class counter fraud services to the UK insurance industry

·         Management responsibility for a team of Intelligence Researchers, analysts and senior analysts

·         Identification and analysis of potentially fraudulent networks in accordance with the business priorities

·         Research and analysis of individual customer datasets to identify industry exposure

·         Oversight and delivery of strategic analysis products, such as the strategic threat assessment and problem profiles

·         Allocate and manage workflow for the Intelligence team to ensure delivery against business plans

·         Quality control of the Intelligence team outputs and dealing with issues through the performance management process

·         Delivery against annual objectives

·         Production of MI to track workflow processes and team performance

 

Key Requirements:

·         Exerience of producing summary fraud intelligence/risk/process review

·         Working knowledge of analytics systems and associated process needed to identify suspect patterns of activity in large data clusters

·         Minimum of 3 years’ experience of investigation within an insurer, law enforcement, government organisation or similar.

·         Experience of managing a team in an investigative or intelligence based environment
