This is a rewarding B2B office based Insurance Sales role focused on engaging with customers to renew contracts and retain the products and services supplied to them.

The Role:

1.Outbound call to existing customers to retain and renew commercial insurance policies

2.Selling new insurance policies

3.Complete all financial transactions in accordance with CASS rules and GDPR restrictions

4.Manage mid-term customer queries, ensuring policy is fit for requirements

5.Build excellent working relationships across the business

6.Achieve all commercial targets in a consistent manner (month-by-month)

7.Achieve all agreed activity, customer satisfaction and retentions targets

Experience Required:

1.A minimum of 2-years demonstrable success in a high-volume desk-based B2B lead generation or sales role, commercial insurance preferred, but not essential

2.Experience of negotiating multiple products, price and contract terms with customers

3.A proficient level of understanding of B2B sales processes

4.A proficient level of understanding of regulatory requirements impacting B2B sales organisations.

Skills:

Apart from excellent written and verbal communication skills we are seeking candidates with the drive, focus and resilience to be successful in a competitive new business sales environment.

Qualifications and other:

We are looking for candidates who ideally have Commercial Insurance outbound sales experience. You will have a working knowledge of the use of CRM systems, be I.T. literate and reside within commutable distance of Sale, Manchester.
