Position: New Business Sales Lead
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Remote working available (with occasional office visits)
Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (based on experience) + Commission Scheme

Who We're Looking For: Are you a motivated self-starter with a proven track record in B2B sales? We're searching for a creative and driven individual with experience in developing profitable and enduring business relationships. As a true hunter salesperson, you should excel in outreach and negotiations.

Role Responsibilities: As a New Business Sales Lead, your duties will include:

  • Managing the B2B sales pipeline, identifying new opportunities, and prioritizing based on business criteria.
  • Conducting outreach and negotiations to establish profitable business relationships.
  • Coordinating the onboarding process for new business partners, ensuring compliance and successful integration.
  • Monitoring and supporting the ongoing performance of business partners, providing further training or promotion as needed.
  • Representing the company at corporate events and sales meetings to promote our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales and relationship building.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiarity with industry regulations is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry is beneficial.
