Your new role:

Main responsibility of the role:

  • Managing and servicing existing clients insurance needs

  • Actively discussing and closing New Business Sales

  • Generating extra revenue by obtaining future dated leads

  • Issuing accurate documentation

  • Retaining existing clients by servicing their renewal requirements

Skills required:

  • Understanding of Car Insurance and Home Insurance

  • Drive and motivation

  • Passion for delivering excellent Customer Service

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Aptitude for problem solving

  • Natural communication and persuasion skills

Regulatory Knowledge:

  • FCA and GDPR

  • An understanding of Transactor and Excel

Personal Attributes:

  • Understand customer requirements

  • Identify the best solution in line with company processes and procedures

  • Enjoy helping customers resolve their insurance queries by telephone and email

  • Feel at ease dealing with high volume calls

  • Confident in making outbound calls, discussing potential sales and driving income into the company

  • Relish case ownership and have pride in your work


Hours of work:

  • 37.5 hours per week + one hour for lunch

  • Shift Patterns between Monday – Friday 8am – 7pm, Saturday 9am – 1pm
