• Deal confidently with SME clients both face to face and over the phone

Renewals, New Business, MTA’s and claims handling

· Controlling my own portfolio of clients (usually 40-50 per month)

· Providing technical expertise and advise as required

· Maintaining and improving high levels of business retention

· Dealing with premium from £500 to £15,000 on a daily basis

· Providing a professional, friendly, helpful and informative service

· Prioritising daily workload with the ability to meet tight deadlines

· Maintaining a daily diary system

· To be able to work independently acting on my own initiative

· Cross selling

· Household and occasional motor polices

Ideally, you will have a good standard of general education to graduate level with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in either Commercial Insurance or Commercial Insurance Broking including New Business Development. You will also be given the opportunity to study for nationally recognized professional qualifications.
