If so, we definitely want to hear from you. We have exciting roles available within our clients Broker Operations. As an Insurance Advisor, you will be expected to provide a high level of customer service for both new and existing customers in relation to their insurance policies.

Your role will include taking inbound and outbound calls to set up customer policies and the upselling of additional products in line with the customer’s requirements.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• You will be taking a variety of calls from new and existing customers dealing with their car insurance queries, setting up insurance policies and upselling additional products where required.

• To manage inbound and outbound calls effectively ensuring customer needs are met.

• You will need to readily adapt to the ethos of the brand & promote this to the customers at all times.

• Be committed to providing a high quality of experience to the customer and the brand at every opportunity, explaining choices and providing recommendations.

• You will be required to outbound customers in relation to servicing their policies or upselling additional products. Providing excellent customer service
