Inbound Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £18,700 after 6 months £19,200 + Monthly Bonus

Start Date: 17th February and 30th March

Location: Cheadle

Hours: Shifts - Monday – Friday between 8 AM – 8:00 PM

             Every other Saturday 9-5

Responsibilities:

  • Handling calls from customers who are looking to change supplier, offering products that are suitable.
  • Ensuring the customer is aware of all the offers available to them, potentially retaining the customer through service!
  • Ensuring customers are aware of best policies that are applicable and available to them.
  • Maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure repeat custom
  • Contacting customers when required to resolve enquiries
