An exciting opportunity for an Inbound Customer Support Advisor to join a fast-growing business based in Salford Quays. This is an exciting opportunity for customer focused individuals looking for their next role.

 

We are currently searching for hard working Inbound Customer Support Advisors who are passionate about providing exceptional customer service, are strong communicators and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment.

 

What will I be doing as an Inbound Customer Support Advisor:

 

·         Providing exceptional customer support

·         Answering inbound calls

·         Build a rapport and establish good customer relationships

·         Provide technical support over the phone

·         Use of online systems and portals to access helpful guides

·         Deliver appropriate solutions to customers

·         Troubleshooting of issues related to WiFi, broadband, telecommunications and more

 

What we’re looking for in an Inbound Customer Service Experience

 

·         Strong customer service skills

·         Call centre experience is desirable

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Ability to multi-task and navigate different tools

·         Highly organised

·         Good problem solving

·         Target driven

·         Willingness to work in rotating shifts between Monday-Sunday
