What will I be doing as an Inbound Customer Support Advisor:
· Providing exceptional customer support · Answering inbound calls · Build a rapport and establish good customer relationships · Provide technical support over the phone · Use of online systems and portals to access helpful guides · Deliver appropriate solutions to customers · Troubleshooting of issues related to WiFi, broadband, telecommunications and more
What we’re looking for in an Inbound Customer Service Experience
· Strong customer service skills · Call centre experience is desirable · Excellent communication skills · Ability to multi-task and navigate different tools · Highly organised · Good problem solving · Target driven · Willingness to work in rotating shifts between Monday-Sunday
