What will you be doing as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor?
You will be based within the Customer Service & Retention team of a long-standing newspaper where you will manage subscription cancellation requests through online chat and phone. Inbound Customer Service Advisors will provide world class customer service whilst promoting the features and benefits of the customers subscription in order to retain them.
A typical day as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor:
•Interacting with customers via phone & live chat to understand and support their needs and giving them reasons to stay as a customer
•Setting time aside as a team to plan success for each day
•Support your peers & team by sharing your experience and successes
•Time allocated to work with your manager and sales trainer on opportunities to improve service and sales, and develop your future career
The ideal Inbound Customer Service Advisor?
•Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retention
•Passionate about customer services & sales and providing an excellent customer experience
•Excellent communicator both over the phone and in writing
•Great communicator in both voice & writing
•Experience of working to & achieving targets
•The ability to self-motivate & support and inspire your fellow professionals
•Prepared to go the extra mile to hit target
