Our client is looking for an experienced Claims Handler to join their growing team in Leeds.
This is a hybrid role, where, once fully operational, you will be based 2-3 days in the office and 2-3 days at home.
You will be working on an inbound claims line and helping support customers who wish to make a small claim. We are looking for at least 12 months’ experience.
An understanding of how a claims cycle works is needed to fulfil this job, but supported training will also be provided.

Your main duties will be to establish if the customer’s claim is legitimate, put the claim onto the internal system and keep the customer updated of the progress and outcome, whilst providing an efficient and friendly service to the customer throughout their claim journey.
The successful candidate will need to pass a credit check and a DBS check.
