Your new role:

Are you a Solicitor or Senior Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Housing Disrepair?

Our client is a well-established law firm in Warrington seeking to grow and expend their Housing Disrepair department and the successful candidate will be experienced in dealing with Housing Disrepair claims and will be working in a team alongside Fee Earners.

You should have 2 years' experience within housing law and have experience of running files from cradle to grave, including dealing with cases featuring potential health issues and personal injury.

You will also be assisting with the expansion of the department, so Business Development experience will also be advantageous.
