High Net Worth Motor Claims Handler

We are now recruiting for HNW Claims Handlers.

Key Accountabilities:

• To deal with insurer scheme claims from “cradle to grave”

• Ensure all new claims are handled efficiently in line with the insurer SLA

• Handle incoming inquiries from policyholders, insurers and other third parties in a professional manner.

• Ensure all data recorded is factually & grammatically correct and meets agreed SLA’s and in line with the insurer “best practice guidelines”


To handle the claim within the delegated authority of the insurer set out in their SLA’s which includes the following –


• Instructing Engineer, recovery agents, repairers, solicitors

• Arranging funded hire

• Arranging credit hire

• Appointing solicitors to cater for any personal injury claims

• Undertake any other duties as necessary

• Ensure work area is tidy and free of hazards

Skills required:

• Knowledge of policyholder motor insurer claims

• Knowledge of dealing with third party motor claims.

• Knowledge of Credit Hire - ABI GTA guidelines

• Manage clients expectations

• Manage relationships

• Manage own performance and development

• Use relevant technology and company software

Regulatory Knowledge:

• Industry codes of practice ABI

• Insurer “Best Practice” Guidelines

• FSA, MOJ guidelines

• Ability to work under pressure and display appropriate behaviour at all times

Hours of work:

• Monday – Friday

• 37.5 hours per week
