Our client is looking to hire a Head of Underwriting to develop and grow an already blossoming Credit Analytics team. You will work with teams that span the UK and Europe to create new ways of working to ensure the business can hit its very clear goals.

About the role:

-          Take complete ownership of the underwriting process.

-          Build and develop a strong underwriting team.

-          Engage in a feedback loop to create an environment of continuous improvement for business processes.

-          Build strong relationships across a multi-disciplinary and cross-functional team.

About you:

-          Extensive experience in underwriting.

-          Proven competency in process improvements.

-          Managerial experience (both people and processes).

-          Strong Credit Risk background.
