​MERJE have been mandated by an exceptionally high growth and exciting Insurtech business to advise in the search for a Head of Pricing.

The business has an excellent reputation in the market and continues to go from strength to strength. You will be responsible for leading/growing the pricing team as the business embarks on the next phase of growth.

​

Working closely alongside senior leadership, this role will be responsible for leading the commercial pricing strategy.

​

Tasks will include:

​

•Lead the Pricing Strategy & team.

•Work with the Senior Management team to identify commercial opportunities and execute, including negotiation of new channels.

•Define pricing strategy and implement effective data science techniques.

•Implement cutting edge technologies and methods.

Requirements:

​

•Experienced Qualified Actuary.

•Detailed knowledge of personal lines insurance.

•Solid leadership experience.

•Ability to work independently and proactively as well as supporting a team

•Strong oversight, influencing and persuasion skills

•An ability to react quickly and decisively to problems once identified
