​Rare exciting opportunity to help shape the direction of future strategy as a member of the Senior Leadership Team in the Risk function. You will lead the Modelling Team, who manage modelling creation and its full lifecycle, including IRB and IFRS9.

Reporting into the Chief Risk Officer, this is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to develop their board and regulatory engagement experience in a financially strong business.

Required Experience Includes:

• Relevant professional and industry experience in Financial Services

• Detailed understanding of IRB & credit risk modelling requirements

• Experience in managing regulatory relationships for Ratings Systems

• Comprehensive knowledge and experience of wider retail banking credit risk

• The ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written within and outside the business (e.g. Board level and regulators)

• The ability to challenge constructively and professionally at all senior management levels

• Project management experience
