My client is looking for an ambitious Head of Claims who is a hardworking, universal thinker who can build and scale our claims capabilities so that they can astound customers with amazing claims experiences, and stay years ahead of the competition.
You will be right at the heart of our insurance business and will design, build, manage and grow our claims function, processes and partnerships to deliver an exceptional claims services to customers and our partners in the UK, Europe and beyond.
To make this happen you will be a key part of Collective’s management team and work with TPAs, insurers, on-demand platforms and our leadership, tech, product and engineering teams.
•The mission of the Head of Claims is to deliver the world’s best claims service to customers, platform partners and insurance capacity providers.
•To do this you will define and manage the claims strategies, controls, data, UX and processes that will deliver Collective’s overall strategic plans while building a world class claims team.
•Reporting to the Chief Underwriting Officer, you will be part of the planning and overall management of the business as we scale up across EMEA and Global markets.
Skills, experience and Knowledge
•To understand insurance and have at least 7 years’ experience of claims management in an insurance company - ideally with an insurtech or a personal accident insurance provider across multiple jurisdictions.

•You can build robust foundations whilst implementing interim solutions so as to keep up momentum.
•You have a strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently alongside the ability to lead and work collaboratively.
