MERJE is partnering with a leading private investment office hiring for an experienced funds lawyer to assist the London office with existing funds work, sitting beside the commercial legal team.

This opportunity would suit a lawyer with:

•Over two years of post qualification experience within a reputable investment funds team, either in private practice or in-house

•The ability to liaise between several stakeholders within the business, and utilize external resources when needed

•The drive and ambition to oversee all firm and client funds and contracts activity
