My client has a rare and exciting opportunity for a fluent French speaking Sales professional to join our vibrant Sales team in Glasgow.  You will be the first point of contact for our Brokers and potential direct clients.

Main Duties:

      Build a pipeline of corporate opportunities both directly with potential clients and with brokers.

Generate and follow up new business leads to meet sales targets in line with overall strategy.  

Build up and maintain distribution network of brokers/consultants.

Research and develop new business opportunities within the GEH segment.

Assess prospective clients with existing insurance arrangements to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Act as adviser to client on all aspects of their medical insurance requirements.

Report to SME Sales team manager on sales business achieved etc, in line with agreed format.

Participate in specific projects, e.g., review, translation of market specific product literature with the Regional Sales Director.

Keep accurate data base management of prospects/potential customers and opportunities by means of CRM software (SFDC)

Support the Regional Sales Director and the Marketing Team in the execution of the segment-specific marketing strategy; contribute to external and internal marketing newsletters.

    Arrange and translate market specific sales material into French (Sales presentations, Proposal documents)
      Full ownership of small and medium standard French book rated quotation procedure which includes.

Order quotes if book rated smaller/medium cases.

Update Salesforce or make sure that Salesforce is updated.

Create proposal documents and release to brokers/clients.

Coordinate and lead installation of new clients with the centrally based inception team.

Skills/Qualities:

      Minimum of 1 years' experience in an outbound telephone-based team or in a B2B Sales Environment

Proven track record in achieving telesales targets either in an in-bound or outbound capacity.

Must speak fluent French.

PC literate including the use of Excel/ Outlook/Word and Salesforce.com

Hunger to meet and exceed targets.

Strong customer focus with ability to identify and solve problems.

Excellent prioritisation and time management skills
