Our clients are a very well-known UK banking firm who are looking for a Fraud Investigator to join the Fraud Operations Team. You will be an integral part of the Bank's defences against fraud, ensuring that its products and services are not used to facilitate criminal activity and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing an excellent customer service, putting the customer at the heart of all you do
  • Dealing with fraud claims efficiently, accurately and within the timescales and standards set out in service level agreements
  • Providing internal and external customers with a high-quality service
  • Escalating emerging fraud trends to a Flow Leader/Front Line Manager
  • Identifying opportunities for productivity improvements to systems and procedures
  • Contributing to the success of the team
