​MERJE are delighted to have been instructed on behalf of a FTSE 250 Property business who are looking to recruit a Financial Modeller for initially a 12-week assignment.


Responsibilities will include:

·         Partnering with non-finance stakeholders to review existing project plans and identify optimisation scenarios

·         Creating and developing cash flow financial models to support easy analysis & scenario planning discussed as well as calculate agreed financial metrics, mainly Internal Rate of Return

·         Comfortable creating simple output from the modelling developed suitable for presentation to board level

Ideally you will be a qualified accountant with demonstrable experience of Financial Modelling and strong Analytical skills. Experience of working within a PE environment would be beneficial.
