Financial Crime Change professional required to join a specialist transformation team at a corporate bank based in London.

The bank is undergoing a significant transformation and requires SMEs across various subjects, Financial Crime being one. This role will lead and provide design thinking and expert financial crime change knowledge across the UK and Global Change Portfolios, supporting deliverables that underpin the bank's strategy.

 

Role responsibilities:

  • You will help develop optimal business solutions that deliver customer-centric outcomes and scale, and efficiency within the enterprise and provide leadership to a team of Financial Crime subject matter experts leading and supporting the deliverables within the theme.  

  • Provide subject matter expertise to both Strategic and Operational Change deliverables and assume the lead and support SME role on both larger enterprise and local projects. Through this, design solutions and implement change into the business, including business readiness activity.

  • Act as an Advisor to the business when needed to assess change opportunities.

  • Challenge ongoing design of both strategic and operational changes to align to strategic objectives, resolve roadblocks and design issues and influence changes in thinking where required

  • Have a global mindset ensuring both local and global requirements are factored into thinking where applicable  

  • Mentor and support other members of the EMEA Change Management team to enable effective ownership and contribution to requirements gathering, design thinking and execution through the lifecycle of both strategic and operational change

  • Sit on a panel as an advisor to recommendations to solve for initiatives and challenge thinking, bringing a holistic, enterprise-wide view of other programmes and projects to identify and solve the problem statements most efficiently with clients, employee enablement and risk lenses.
