The business has ambitious growth plans supported by relatively new appointments within their C-Suite.

We are seeking an ambitious qualified Accountant looking for significant professional growth in the medium term as this position will develop into a Directorship in the next 2-3 years.

Working collaboratively with the CEO COO you will implement new systems and processes to improve reporting and the efficiency of the Finance function.

As a Finance leader you will promote and instil a culture of Financial and KPI lead decision making and performance management across the organisation.

You will be directly involved in strategic decision making and will be instrumental in the effective delivery of business improvement and long term growth.

Responsibilities:

• Management Accounts

• Statutory Accounts

• Annual Budgets & re-forecasts

• Taxation (Corporation, VAT, PAYE & NI)

• Cashflow & Treasury Management

• Payrol

• Insurance

• Finance Systems & Processes

• External Stakeholder Management (Bank, Government, Partners, Regulatory Bodies)

• Strategic & Internal Operations

• Compliance (Regulatory)

Our Ideal Candidate:

• ACCA / CIMA / ACA Practice Qualified with min 2 years PQE

• Self starter, leads by example with a strong work ethic.

• Adaptable

• Ability to manage and deliver on multiple deadlines

• Has a keen interest in Financial Services and keeps up to date with changes and developments that can impact a Finance function
