​MERJE are partnered with an established and growing West Midlands based Financial Services business in their search for a talented Finance Manager.

This is a broad and varied role that will allow you exposure across a broad range of tasks including:

General Accounting

Regulatory Reporting

Treasury Management

The role has responsibility for the efficient production of all management accounting within the Finance Department, together with associated management analysis including the day-to-day supervision, motivation and development of a team of 3, and supporting the delivery of the departments’ objectives.

On a day to day basis the Finance Manager will work with the Head of Finance (HoF) to produce management accounts, budgetary control and financial forecasting development, product performance analysis, and financial accounts.

The individual will also be expected to assist with payroll, treasury management and regulatory reporting as required.

Our Ideal candidate will have experience within another Financial Services business and understand the regulated environment, however candidates with a willingness to learn and develop will be considered.
