MERJE are partnered with a provider of Pensions and Investment services for some of the largest local government pension schemes in the UK in their search for a Finance Analyst that will provide advice to LPPA in respect of Statutory, Regulatory, Contractual and Legislative requirements relating to the pensions schemes administered.

Your new role:

To work within a technical function providing advice to the LPPA in respect of statutory, regulatory, contractual and legislative requirements relating to the pension schemes administered. Specifically, to be part of a small specialist team providing a dedicated resource advising upon:

Changes to regulation and legislation,

Taxation (e.g. Annual Allowance, LTA, Scheme Pays)

Day to day queries from the business and from scheme employers and,

Process and procedural compliance.

To support the Pensions Technical Manager, providing advice, support and training to ensure the Administration Business is compliant with regulatory, statutory, contractual and legislative requirements.
