We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to provide high quality administrative support to a busy office based in Harrogate. Our client is a reputable firm who believes in employee development and offers genuine scope for progression.
Finance Administrator Role:
You will provide efficient administrative support in respect of business generated and the servicing of existing clients.
You will produce relevant paperwork for our clients, including quotations, illustrations, and valuations as well as processing all new business documentation.
Handling queries from clients and third parties, you will take the appropriate action to ensure all queries are dealt with in a timely and effective manner.
Essential Skills & Knowledge:
Demonstrate exceptional administrative skills with the ability to perform well under pressure whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Show initiative, have excellent IT skills and be a strong communicator.
Professional and confidence in dealing with third parties.
Excellent communication skills and can work with total discretion.
Outstanding time management, prioritisation skills and ability to manage own workload.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Previous experience working within an IFA or Wealth Management environment is desirable.
Up-to-date knowledge of FCA regulations is essential.
