​Our client is an established firm that are undertaking industry-wide regulatory changes and are looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to ensure the business adheres to legal and in-house policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform research to stay informed about regulatory standards and horizon scanning.

• Leading and helping in the design of programmes that improve compliance.

• Conduct investigations to discover the root cause of compliance problems when they arise and conduct interviews to ensure employees are compliant with regulations.

• Ensure policy and process adherence across the business.

• Examine and improve auditing processes to resolve compliance issues and educate employees and partners on improvements.

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 3 years’ experience within an FCA regulated environment and must be willing to undertake monthly travel to the Spain.

• In-depth understanding of industry standards and regulations.

• Detail orientation and the ability to pay attention and identify changes in regulations.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions.
