My client is looking for an Engagement Manager to engage with existing members to enable them to take full advantage of the benefits to optimise renewals rates and to grow membership through effective new member engagement and conversions.

Working with the Membership and Learning Director, this role will:

•Help increase membership awareness, identifying opportunities to attract and retain members.

•Win back lapsed members and follow up membership leads to convert into membership to support growth.

•Renew members in advance of their membership renewal date, and process and manage membership renewals.

•Understand why members are not converting or renewing and feedback to the team.

•Build strong and effective relationships with members through regular engagement with contact centre managers and leaders

•Identify key contacts for roundtables, Focus Groups, networking dinners and speaking opportunities.

•Work with marketing to support the email and social media campaigns to engage members, build membership pipeline and maximise use of benefits.

•Support the delivery and execution of member events, including Special Interest Group meetings.

Experience, skills and knowledge:

•Experience in Sales or Account Management

•Experience working in a contact centre

•Excellent communication skills both face to face, over the phone and by email

•Strong relationship building skills and an excellent communicator

•Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential

• A keen eye for detail; accuracy and quality output are essential

•Self-motivated and able to manage own tasks, work independently and under pressure

•Flexible and resilient, with excellent organisational skills

•Proactive and reactive team player with an energetic approach and can-do attitude

•Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, CRM applications and IT literate
