Dutch Team Coach

MERJE is looking to recruit Dutch speaking Team Coach to join our client based in Glasgow City Centre. These roles are permanent, working Monday to Friday between 8am – 8pm and will be a part of their busy European team in a diverse and cosmopolitan unit.

The role will involve communicating with customers by handling both inbound email and telephone calls, spending 50/50 on each and working to resolve customer queries in an efficient manner whilst maintaining a high level of quality on each contact. In addition to this, you will be responsible for supporting the Team Manager with call/contact coaching with other members of the team. You will support them to ensure high quality levels, deal with any complex queries and generally help them improve their skills in the role

You will be mentored for the first couple of weeks and supported to ensure you are ready to go live, and be supported continuously throughout your tenure in the business.
