Dialler Manger

Stockport - Hybrid

MERJE is seeking a highly skilled Dialler Manager for a leading insurance company. This role requires expertise in outbound dialler systems, data analysis, and SQL. The successful candidate will lead and optimise dialler operations across sales and retention, implementing strategies based on customer behaviors and performance metrics.

Location: Stockport, with hybrid working (2 days per week in office)

The Role

Key Responsibilities of the Dialler Manager:

  • Monitor and optimise dialler performance against agreed targets

  • Produce regular updates for senior management

Required knowledge and experience for the Dialler Manager role:
