We are all about providing first class customer service and the best advice in line with credit lending policy ahead of submission of new mortgage applications.
You'll be providing brilliant customer service via phone and webchat to make sure our customers have a smooth and first class experience.
You'll relish working in a target driven environment.
You'll enjoy really getting to know your customers and answering questions in order to provide the Heartfelt Service we are always raving about.
- Excellent telephone communication skills with experience gained ideally within a call centre environment.
- You are passionate about putting the customer first and being able to tailor your communication style.
- You might have had a mortgage before, you might not, you might live at home with your parents or maybe rent - having a mortgage isn't a key requirement but it helps if you have good knowledge of them!
