MERJE is looking to recruit dynamic Customer Solutions Agents to join our client based in Kilmarnock, albeit the role will be working from home for the time being. This role is permanent, working Monday to Friday with occasional short hours on a Saturday and no Sunday working! If successful, you will join the long standing Customer Solutions team of our international client, eventually based in their fantastic office environment in Ayrshire.

The role will involve speaking via inbound and outbound calls with a variety of customers who for one reason or another have got themselves behind on payments and into debt. You will be responsible for managing your customer calls, quickly building rapport over the phone and working to negotiate a mutually suitable payment plan and in turn help the customer to clear their money issues and get themselves back to being debt free. This will require you to have fantastic customer service skills, being empathetic to a difficult situation but have plenty of resilience to ensure the best result for the customer and our client. You will work to regular targets, so must be driven to achieve these, be a confident communicator who enjoys helping people and also able to work well as part of a team. This is a fast paced role in which you will require to have excellent listening skills, enthusiasm and a great work ethic.

You will be very well trained and spend time in Grad Bay before going live on customer calls and be fully supported continuously throughout your tenure in the business.
