Overview of Role:
Excellent Opportunity if you are looking to get into a Customer Service role. No call centre experience required, as full training is provided. We are looking for reliable, customer service focused individuals with a passion for providing an excellent customer service. No experience needed as full training will be given.
Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a great company as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, taking inbound calls in response to bookings and queries.
Responsibilities:
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Providing an excellent customer service
- Updating notes in the in-house system
- Signposting to different teams where required
- Being a reliable and committed member of the team

Hours: Full-time, working shifts between 6.00am and 9.00pm, including 2 weekends out of 4
