Hours: 42 hpw, 4 days on, 4 days off (2 days: 7am–7pm, then 2 days 7pm-7am, then 4 days off)

Overview of Role:
Excellent Opportunity if you are looking to get into a Customer Service role. No call centre experience required, as full training is provided. We are looking for reliable, customer service focused individuals with a passion for providing an excellent customer service with fantastic work ethics.
You will be subject to a criminal record check and 5 years of referencing.
Training Hours: Training will be Monday – Friday, 39 hpw between the hours of 8am – 6pm, the first 3 weeks are based in Salford, then the rest of training is in Manchester City Centre. After 7 weeks of training has been completed, you will then move onto the rotating 12 hour day and night shifts highlighted above, working on a rolling 4 day on, 4 day off contract.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global company as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, supporting business and residential customers via inbound calling.
- Taking inbound calls from businesses and residential properties to book in engineers
