Location: Salford Quays

Hours: Full-time hours, working shifts between 8am and 7pm, on a rota, including weekends

Overview of Role:

Excellent Opportunity if you are looking to get into a Customer Service job. We are looking for reliable, customer service focused individuals with a passion for providing an excellent customer service. No experience needed as full training will be given. This is an inbound customer service job working within a call centre. This is a very friendly environment in an exclusive area of Salford Quays, close to pubs, restaurants, and the Lowry shopping centre.

Job Description:

This is an exciting customer service job with a great company as an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, taking inbound calls in response to technical queries.

Responsibilities:

• Taking inbound phone calls from customers

• Providing an excellent customer service

• Updating notes in the in-house system

• Signposting to different teams where required

• Being a reliable and committed member of the team
