Customer Service Advisor – Temporary contract

Hours:  37.5 Hours Monday – Friday 9.00 - 5.00 

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful customer service team, providing worldwide customer service and support to customers and sales representatives.  You will have a strong administrative background along with a keen eye for detail and a passion for providing an exceptional level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Taking incoming calls from customer with product/order enquiries
  • Outbound calls to customers and sales representatives with order ETA’s
  • Order entry using an in-house system
  • Invoice queries
  • Mailbox management
  • Liaising with internal and external departments
  • Providing a high level of customer service

Skills:

  • GCSE (or equivalent ) in Maths and English
  • Able to work well on own initiative or as part of a team
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Able to prioritise and organise a busy workload
  • Methodical and structured organization skills
  • High level of oral, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Previous Customer Service Experience
