Are you looking for a role that is Mon – Fri (9am – 5pm)

If you are experienced in dealing with all aspects of Commercial Insurance and are looking for a career within a reputable and established National Insurance Broker, I would like to hear from you.

I am working with a specialist Insurance broker who are adding to their Customer Service team in Glasgow and are looking for an experienced Insurance Customer Service Advisor who after training will hit the ground running!

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for liaising with existing customers throughout the duration of their policy dealing with various enquiries including mid-term adjustments, billing and payment enquiries as well as any other queries, ensuring the customer is happy with the service to date and doing your best to ensure they remain a loyal customer. This includes telephone work, website and written communication whilst ensuring the Company and FCA rules and guidelines are followed.

Job Duties:

  • Provide an excellent customer service, arranging cover and administering policies on an advised basis offering support for the full range of Insurance products provided by the company through the customer requirements and any needs for Quotations, New Business, Adjustments, Renewals and Claims support.
  • To provide an efficient service providing customers with any updates
  • Ensuring individual and company service standards are achieved.
  • To achieve objectives of individual and team goals and develop internal and external relationships
  • Lead by example in achieving high service levels and admin goals
  • Ensure company brand materials and working space meet and exceed company presentation standards
  • Adhere to both Company and FCA rules and guidelines
  • Any Ad-hoc duties that may be deemed relevant by management
