Hours: 36.4 hours per week – Shifts between 8am-9pm Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm Sat, 8am-6pm Sun.

Overall Purpose:
An exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly and professional team, providing excellent service. Working for a family run business, we are looking for people with an excellent telephone manner that love to put the customer first.
The Role
• Handle customer telephone orders and enquiries
• Up-selling, offering additional products to customers
• Support team members and share knowledge
• Identify potential issues from customer feedback and highlight to Team Manager
• Take on additional tasks as and when required to support the business

• Excellent customer service skills
• Consistently achieve and occasionally exceed all call handling/productivity and personal KPI’s
• Keep within agreed absence levels
• Maintain excellent punctuality
