Location Fully Remote

Shift Pattern Monday – Friday 8am- 7pm (Flexible) 37.5 hours a week

We are currently recruiting exclusively for Customer Service Advisor’s on behalf of our client in the insurance sector.

The role will include, but not be limited to the following duties and responsibilities:

- Establishing new customer insurance policies

- Servicing and administering existing customer insurance policies

- Liaising with insurance brokers in the administration of their customer requirements

- Developing and maintaining a rapport with customers to actively encourage a strong brand relationship and customer retention

We are looking for candidates with the following skill set:

- A strong work ethic, who will thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to navigate bespoke computer systems

- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent time management

- Worked within the insurance or financial services sectors
