As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be speaking to existing customers predominantly about their current subscriptions with the business. You will also highlight additional products and services to the customer. We are looking for candidates who can deliver a world class customer journey combined with the ability to identify sales opportunities within the customer’s current package.

  • Experience working towards targets
  • Retail, hospitality, sales, contact centre experience would be ideal
