What you will do
Providing world-class Customer Service via e-mail, portals and other communication channels both internally and externally for our Key Accounts. Building relationships with both direct customers, FM companies and National account managers.
The role:
•To deliver an extremely professional, efficient and accurate customer service to our key accounts
•Strong sense of urgency, follow-through and attention to detail
•Problem solving ability
•Calm, resilient and flexible with experience in a fast paced service environment
•Experienced Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
•Use of various portal to update clients
•Produce daily reports
•Manage organize and prioritise workload in high demand
