Customer Service Advisor Job Description:

•This role will involve you dealing with inbound calls from customers regarding support they need with their current packages. We are looking for people with excellent listening skills, people who are strong communicators and can show empathy and understand the customer’s situation.

Customer Service Advisor Responsibilities:

•Taking inbound calls from existing customers

•Booking jobs with engineers

•Updating the database/system

•Providing an excellent customer service

•Signposting to different teams where required

•Dealing with disgruntled customers with patience and efficiency

•Being a reliable and committed member of the team
