40 hours per week between 8am to 6pm Monday to Sunday

What will you be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Customer Service Advisor. You will be speaking to customers who have got questions about their account, a query about their billing or might be having a slight technical issue. Being the first point of contact with customers, you will be required to listen and identify the needs of customers, delivering excellent customer service in the process. They might also ask you about general billing, other service requests, or you may need to handle and resolve a complaint for them.

A typical day as a Customer Service Advisor:

• Interacting with customers via phone & live chat to understand and support their needs

• Setting time aside as a team to plan success for each day

• Support your peers & team by sharing your experience and successes

• Time allocated to work with your manager and sales trainer on opportunities to improve service and develop your future career

The ideal Customer Service Advisor?

• Previous experience in customer service

• Passionate about customer services and providing an excellent customer experience

• Excellent communicator both over the phone and in writing

• Great communicator in both voice & writing

• Experience of working to & achieving targets

• The ability to self-motivate & support and inspire your fellow professionals

• Thrives on working in a challenging & fast paced environment
