Monday-Friday flexible 8am-8pm (1 weekend a month flexible 8am-6pm)

What will I be doing as a Customer Service Advisor?

• Dealing with customer queries and handling objections

• Speaking to both new and existing customers regarding products and services they may be interested in.

• Delivering a world class customer journey

• Working collaboratively with your team

• Working towards targets/KPI’s

• Rapport building
