Customer Service Advisor

Permanent: Full Time 37.5 hours

Shifts: Mon – Thur Between 9am-9pm

Friday 9am -5.30

1 Saturday in 4 (Friday off)

Start Date: ASAP

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fast growing, independent financial services business based in Trafford Park.  This is a fantastic opportunity to join their Customer Contact Team, working in a fast paced customer focused environment.

Job Description

  • Conduct outbound calls to assess and understand the customer’s situation
  • Directing calls using to the appropriate department
  • Administrative duties, including ensuring accurate customer data is captured
  • Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
  • Work to tight deadlines to ensure all call-backs are completed within the allocated timescales
  • Achieve individual Key Performance Indicators as well as contributing to the overall departmental performance.

Previous experience of operating in an outbound telephony environment

Experience of working in a FCA regulated environment
