Our client is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their fast growing, independent financial services business based in Trafford Park. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their Customer Contact Team, working in a fast paced customer focused environment.
Job Description
- Conduct outbound calls to assess and understand the customer’s situation
- Directing calls using to the appropriate department
- Administrative duties, including ensuring accurate customer data is captured
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships
- Work to tight deadlines to ensure all call-backs are completed within the allocated timescales
- Achieve individual Key Performance Indicators as well as contributing to the overall departmental performance.

Previous experience of operating in an outbound telephony environment
Experience of working in a FCA regulated environment
