The Role:
Working for an import / export company in preparation for Brexit. Ensuring customers are prepared for Brexit and making sure any queries are resolved in an efficient and timely manner. This role is 50% admin based and 50% phone based, so you will be a good communicator both verbally and in writing.
Responsibilities:
· Assisting and supporting customers to process the shipping of their products
· Chase customers for missing documents, information and commercial invoices
· Ensure orders are correct and resolve any issues with the customer
· Dealing with customs and Brexit related queries with the customer
· Enter correct details into the in-house system
Skills:
· Experience within customs / logistics / import / export would be advantageous
· Excellent organisational skills are essential
· Excellent time keeping and attendance record
· Strong work ethics
· High competency level of computer and software skills including excel
· Methodical approach to work
· Team player
