Location:             Wythenshawe

Hours:                  Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm (No weekends)

The Role:

Working for an import / export company in preparation for Brexit. Ensuring customers are prepared for Brexit and making sure any queries are resolved in an efficient and timely manner. This role is 50% admin based and 50% phone based, so you will be a good communicator both verbally and in writing.


  • Assisting and supporting customers to process the shipping of their products
  • Chase customers for missing documents, information and commercial invoices
  • Ensure orders are correct and resolve any issues with the customer
  • Dealing with customs and Brexit related queries with the customer
  • Enter correct details into the in-house system


  • Experience within customs / logistics / import / export would be advantageous
  • Excellent organisational skills are essential
  • Excellent time keeping and attendance record
  • Strong work ethics
  • High competency level of computer and software skills including excel
  • Methodical approach to work
  • Team player
