Customer Service Administrator

Salary:                  £13.54p.h (includes holiday pay)

Hours:                  37.5 hours per week, Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm (No Weekends!)

Role Overview:                

This role is a customer service administrator role, where you will be admin based around 70-80% of the time and the remaining time will be phone based. The client distributes their products all over the world and your role is to deal with the UK market, by offering the best, most efficient service you can.

Duties & Responsibilities (these include but are not limited to):

  • Processing orders through the system
  • Dealing with any customer queries or complaints via email and sometimes on the phone
  • Investigating lost or incorrectly received orders and resolving these quickly and efficiently
  • Management of all Customers requests related to Inbound and Outbound warehouse activities in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop trusted relationship to drive customer satisfaction
  • Proactive order management
  • Claims management (record, investigation, fix and close)
  • Communicate proactively to customer about any delay of delivery or in case of Inventory discrepancy
  • Interface between Warehouse Operation and Customers
