If you are experienced in renewals of Commercial Insurance and are looking for a career within a reputable and established National Insurance Broker, I would like to hear from you.

I am working with a specialist Insurance broker who are expanding their Renewals team in Edinburgh and are looking for an experienced Insurance Renewals Advisors who after training will hit the ground running!

As a Renewals Advisor you will be responsible for liaising with existing customers prior to the expiry of their policy and discussing the best commercial outcome for all parties, ensuring the customer is happy with the service to date and overcoming any objections to staying. This includes telephone work, website and written communication whilst ensuring the Company and FCA rules and guidelines are followed.

Job Duties:

•Provide an excellent customer service, arranging cover and administering policies on an advised basis offering support for the full range of Insurance products provided by the company through the customer requirements and any needs for Quotations, New Business, Adjustments, Renewals and Claims support.

•To provide an efficient service providing customers with any updates

•Ensuring individual and company service standards are achieved.

•To achieve objectives of individual and team goals and develop internal and external relationships

•Lead by example in achieving sales, service and admin goals

•Ensure company brand materials and working space meet and exceed company presentation standards

•Adhere to both Company and FCA rules and guidelines

•Any Ad-hoc duties that may be deemed relevant by management​
